Program Description:
The Vision Accelerator program is a group coaching program designed to assist clients in achieving profitable and progressive milestones in their Kingdom assignments. This program includes the use of proprietary materials and methods developed by Refine Vision LLC.
Use of Materials:
The Client may use the materials provided in the program for personal development and within the program's community only. Redistribution, reproduction, or use of these materials in a professional capacity outside the program is strictly prohibited.
Nature of Services:
The coaching provided is Holy Spirit-led and incorporates biblical principles. It is intended for spiritual and business development and does not include therapy, medical advice, or financial planning.
Program Outline:

Initial Kingdom Assignment Definition

- To be outlined within the first month and finalized with no changes thereafter.

Group Coaching Sessions

- Sessions will be conducted as group coaching online via Zoom or an alternative and will be recorded.

Payment Terms:
The full program fee is $9,000 at the time of signing plus processing fee(s), payable either in full or in multiple installments as agreed upon. All electronic payments will incur a processing fee. All payments are final and non-refundable. Clients who elect a multi-payment option are obligated to complete all payments even if they withdraw early from the program.

Termination of Services:
The coaching relationship can be terminated by either party. A final session by telephone or Zoom is required before termination. Termination via email or discontinuation of communication without a concluding session is not acceptable.
Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued for any unused sessions or for early withdrawal from the program.
Lapsed Services:
If the Client fails to start or complete the initial session within six months of payment, they forfeit any payments made. Attempts will be made to offer a comparable service within one year of payment.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes or disagreements regarding payments or services rendered will be addressed as per the terms outlined in this contract. Queries can be directed to admin@refine.vision or support@refine.vision.
Confidentiality:
All information shared in the coaching sessions will be kept confidential to the highest extent possible. Coach and Client agree not to disclose any proprietary information or materials to third parties.
